まずは優勝ができて、とてもよかった。
今日は、インターバルの走りがうまく噛み合わなかったことが悪い点だったが、悪いながらも後半まで（スピードを）落とさずにいけたので、そこはよかったと思う。また、国立競技場は来年の（オリンピックの）舞台。今回、実際に走ってみて、その感触とかを知ることができたのもよかった。

今、踏み切りであったり、着地からのランの部分だったり、出てきている課題がいくつかある。そういった細かい部分をしっかりやっていくことがタイム（の向上）につながるので、そこを妥協せずに高めていきたい。

次のレースは、来週の福井（アスリートナイトゲームスイン福井）。そこでしっかり自分の力を出したい。また、日本選手権で優勝したいので、そこに向けて調子を上げていこうと思っている。今、日本の110ｍHはとてもハイレベルになっている。まずは日本選手に勝つということが、世界で戦うためにも重要になってくると思っているので、今後も、しっかりと勝つことを意識してやっていきたい。

Really glad to win this.
I was off between the hurdles but at least I was able to keep my velocity in the end.National Stadium being the Olympic venue, It was a good opportunity to actually run in it and see how the track feels.

I need to work on the take off and the run after landing. I don’t want to compromise the fine details because that’s how I can shave off time.

Next race is the Fukui Athlete Night Games next week. I want to perform to my capabilities. I want to win the Nationals so I will try to get my peak then. The level of 110mH in Japan is getting higher. The key to competing on the world stage is to make sure I win domestically. I will be conscious of winning at home.
